Hole 4 Description
An outstanding, very demanding Par 5, both in terms of the length of the hole as well as the precision required when executing each single shot. An out of bounds area characterized by the entire right side of the hole, drives the players’ shots towards the left side, almost totally bordered by a lake and another water obstacle.
After a preliminary drive towards a relatively large fairway, the second shot requires absolute precision to continue on to the definitive shot towards the green. A trench before the green characterized by a very high rough area makes this a very demanding hole, even for the most advanced golfers, for reaching the green with the second shot, making it preferable for these players to take a shot to advance before the trench.
The wide green, characterized by a constant slope towards the left, is protected by lateral bunkers.
